For knowledgeable, experienced coaches, the sport of distance running itself is fairly straight-forward; however, coaching individual athletes of varying backgrounds to their specific goals presents distinct challenges that each require their own consideration. At Endurance Odyssey, we draw upon our experience as coaches and as athletes to provide motivated distance runners with the knowledge and guidance to achieve their goals and fulfill their potential over the long term in this challenging sport.

We offer online coaching for runners of all levels, ages 18 and up, who are focused on race distances between 800m and the Marathon. Our coaching is well-suited to runners looking to progress to the next competitive level of the sport, and particularly those looking to transition into longer distance events.
