PK-Kingston Workout Schedule

Please note: athletes must conduct and pass (‘no’ to all questions) a self-assessment before attending each workout

During the Ontario-wide lockdown we are limited to training in groups of 10 (more info here); we will split the group between coaches and different time slots if necessary.

Please read below to understand how we will organize groups:
- If you have been travelling and interacting with other households, please wait 2 weeks (14 days) before attending a group workout.
- If you have any symptoms, as always, do not come to the workout.
- You MUST email the coaches at least two days prior to the workout indicating you will attend. We will organize groups and email athletes the day before the workout.
